Downloadable fact sheets Here are three fact sheets that you can photocopy and hand out to parents and other guests at your ‘Alcohol Information Night’: Fact Sheet 1: Youth Alcohol Facts Fact Sheet 2: The Role of Parents Other materials You can order a variety of free stuff from the Australian Government Department of Health and Ageing to use at your Alcohol Information Night. This includes alcohol education resources, some which are specifically designed for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders and people who speak languages other than English. You can also obtain brochures, coasters, fridge magnets and other resources to provide to participants to take away from the Information Night. These can be ordered at http://www.alcohol.gov.au/internet/alcohol/publishing.nsf/Content/resources-menu Be aware that not all products may be in stock at all times and remember to allow for at least 2-3 weeks before delivery. |
